Haji Kadir Food Chains

Fans of bone marrow will love the mutton Sup Tulang Merah at Haji Kadir. Their specialty Sup Tulang Merah (red bone soup) consists of mutton bones stewed in a sweet spicy red broth of mutton stock, chillies, tomatoes and other flavourful spices. This dish is accompanied with slices of bread on the side, and it can get pretty messy while you’re getting that viscous bone marrow out – so avoid wearing light clothing which might show stains!
