5 Minutes With… Charlene Yeo
What does a typical day look like for you?
I usually start my day with a hearty breakfast (if I have the time!) or at least a cup of coffee while catching up on emails and doing my daily media monitoring! This keeps me updated on the latest happenings in the industry and other current affairs. After that, I go through my to-do list for the day before ending off by having dinner with my family and catching up on some shows.
Which aspects of your role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy the fact that there’s never a dull day at work. Many different things can happen each day, keeping my role exciting and dynamic. It’s also great to work with clients from the lifestyle industry, ranging from bars and restaurants to travel and hospitality.
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
Probably a filmmaker since I really enjoy watching films!
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
Heading for yoga & pilates to stretch and unwind or exploring new gems in the neighbourhood with friends.
Do you have any “hidden talents”?
It’s not really a hidden talent, but I can boulder even though it’s been awhile!
