The upswing in public events as well as the addition of new customers across the spirits and F&B industries, have kept the team active in the past few months, including the debut of a Thai fine dining concept, a special cognac collection, a provenance-driven modern Japanese restaurant, and others.

  • Alongside the new head bartender and team, we are managing Anti:Dote’s first media launch in years. The reintroduction of the Fairmont’s stylish and modern cocktail bar will feature the new elevated drinks programme and even new uniforms.

  • We are thrilled to represent Bacardi for some of their leading brands, Grey Goose, Dewar’s and Bombay Sapphire. This year-end, we introduced Bombay Sapphire’s newest initiative in their ‘Stir Creativity’ campaign – a series of collaborations with local talents, promoting sustainable lifestyle. We celebrated the gifting season with Dewar’s, delivering to media friends a bottle of Dewar’s 15 Year Old whisky and a Highball cocktail kit created in collaboration with three local bars – Employees Only, 15 Stamford, and Smoke & Mirrors.

  • Lion Brewery Co and Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse is one of our newest clients, serving quality beer from the on-site microbrewery and a plethora of food via open-flame cooking. The team recently rolled out a two-day-only Christmas menu, featuring classic dishes with an Asian twist and also celebrated their 4th year anniversary at Rumours Beach Club.

  • We welcomed fine dining restaurant SARAI into our fold, with its newly revamped food menu designed by veteran Chef de Cuisine, Lisa. The restaurant’s menus commemorate rediscovered authentic Thai flavours that are well-loved by Thailand’s royal family and a new beverage programme, housed within a revamped sleek space in Tanglin Mall.

  • We launched LOUIS XIII Cognac’s THE DROP in Singapore at the brand’s first-ever immersive retail experience in Southeast Asia, located at Design Orchard. The pop-up, which runs from 3 December 2022 to 1 January 2023, is dedicated to THE DROP — a breakthrough product inspired by nomadism and created for today’s generation.

  • NOKA by Tippling Club is back with a provenance-driven modern Japanese dining experience, driven by Tippling Club’s brand of playful gastronomy.  The reinvigorated concept sees refreshed menus for lunch and dinner, demonstrating a profound appreciation for Japanese produce and provenance.
