THE BRIEF

Helmed by the Roopchand brothers of Fatty Crab and Rummin’ Tings, and Beckaly Franks (fondly known as the First Lady of Mixology), The Pontiac specializes in casual but quality craft cocktails. Inspired by neighborhood watering holes of Portland, Brooklyn, and San Francisco, the bar features modern, industrial-style interiors with a tongue-in-cheek retro flair, graffiti, and a community board where people can post pictures and flyers.

THE WORK

Accela worked with The Pontiac to develop a brand identity fitting of a local watering hole that screams fun, modern and serious cocktails. Utilizing bright colors and graffiti style text to help bring this identity to life, the brand perfectly encapsulates the venue and its personality.
