Nobu Singapore

Celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa’s creative cuisine of traditional Japanese cooking with Peruvian flavours launched the world’s first Nobu restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore with an outdoor designer Japanese garden and private dining show kitchen in June 2022.

Key Objectives & Activities:

  • To launch the venue to the market, Accela developed a press release highlighting Nobu Singapore's launch, culinary team, menu, and designer interiors to targeted media. 

  • Hosted media, KOLs and celebrities to experience the Nobu concept dining experience and review its dishes in an intimate setting during the restaurant's launch. 

  • Developed pitch angles to create fresh angles for the Nobu and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore team and to build anticipation of new seasonal menus.

Results:

  • 538 press clippings in publications such as The Business Times, Vogue, Prestige and Harper’s Baazar.
